Elrod Pope Law Firm Announces New Partner

Elrod Pope Law Firm is pleased to announce Andrew W. “Drew” Creech as a new partner of the firm.

Creech attended the University of South Carolina (B.A. 2004) and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D. 2008).  Upon graduation in 2008, he was admitted to the South Carolina Bar.

Since joining the firm in 2009, Creech has helped numerous clients resolve their workers’ compensation legal issues.  During his time at Elrod Pope Law Firm, he has flourished not only professionally, but also personally through his marriage to Ashley White Creech and the birth of their first child, June.

Attorney Creech is a member of numerous organizations including the South Carolina Bar Association since 2008, the South Carolina Association for Justice since 2009, and Injured Workers’ Advocates since 2009.

Elrod Pope Law Firm was founded in 1980 by Luther C. “Luke” Elrod. The firm currently has six attorneys: Thomas E. “Tommy” Pope, Jack Leader, David Benson, Harold Staley, Andrew “Drew” Creech, and Garrett Johnson.  The firm’s main areas of practice include personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and social security disability.
