Rock Hill, SC- The South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification has approved attorney David Vance Benson to serve as a Circuit Court Mediator. David’s name has been placed on the roster of neutrals certified for court appointment. The roster is maintained at the South Carolina Bar and is periodically forwarded to the clerks of court statewide. David is proud to announce he will begin performing his duties as a Circuit Court Mediator immediately.
David was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1984. As a result, he has successfully worked with different cases including workers’ compensation.
