About
Garrett Johnson grew up in Fort Mill, and is a proud graduate of Fort Mill High School. He went on to earn both his B.A. in History and his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University. While in law school, he studied abroad in Venice under U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
After working with Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys as a runner and legal intern, Garrett joined the firm as an attorney in September 2011. He practices primarily personal injury and serious accident cases, with a focus on litigation.
In his free time, Garrett coaches the Fort Mill High School Mock Trial program. The team has won multiple state championships in his tenure, although they’ve only received credit for one. For his efforts, Garrett was awarded the LRE Lawyer of the Year award in 2016. He lives in Fort Mill with his wife and two children.
