Verdict of $2.95 Million

On Friday, October 17th, a jury in Berkeley County issued a verdict in the amount of $2.95 million dollars for a wrongful death case.  The case was filed on behalf of the late David Allan Woods by his sister, Nancy Morris, and Elrod Pope Law Firm represented the plaintiff.  See the story from The Berkeley Independent.
