Jack G. Leader, a partner at Elrod Pope Law Firm, has been selected as a member into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers for 2013The National Trial Lawyers is a professional organization of America’s top trial lawyers.  Membership is by invitation only and is extended to individuals exemplifying superior qualifications, trial results and leadership in SC civil plaintiff law.    

Jack has been practicing law since 1971 and joined Elrod Pope Law Firm in 1989. The firm serves clients with personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, social security disability and medical malpractice matters.  He also serves as Elrod Pope’s chief litigator for social security disability cases.

Jack is an undergraduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his law degree from the University of South Carolina.  He is licensed to practice before the State of South Carolina, the District of South Carolina Federal Court and the United States Supreme Court.  Jack is also a member of the York County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice and the America Association for Justice.

Fee Disclosure: If your case is taken on by the firm, the fee arrangement will be a percentage of the final value of the case as follows: up to 40% for litigation, 35% for pre-litigation, and 33% for workers comp.
