David was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1984. He focuses on solving the problems that injured workers have with their employers and workers’ compensation insurance companies. He has had a successful workers’ compensation practice for almost 30 years. David became a Circuit Court Mediator in 2014.

Reported Cases
- Bass v. Isoche, 365 C.c. 454, 617 S.E.2d 369 (Ct. App. 2005):
Denied workers’ compensation case over reporting a repetitive trauma injury. Lost at first and second hearing. Won in Court of Common Pleas and affirmed by Court of Appeals. This landmark case changed how repetitive trauma cases are to be reported.
